I work with womxn like you who have specific health goals in mind. You desire the strategies, guidance and accountability to make sure you get exactly what you want. When you decide your health is a priority investment, the process begins.

Let's start by booking your 15min complimentary consult. We will begin to explore your health goals and discuss how we can collaborate to help you reach those goals. If we both determine we're a great fit, then we'll book your Initial Consultation.

In the first visit, we'll dive deeper into your health goals and health history. We'll begin to develop a strategy for health optimization and explore testing options to help you better understand the factors influencing your health and body.

During your first follow up consultation, we will combine the information gathered from the initial consultation and the tests completed to provide you with clear guidelines and health strategies to restore your health.

Changing health behaviours happens over time and can be challenging. These follow-up consultations will keep you accountable and ensure you stay on track. No problem if you veer off track, we are human and life happens. But let's explore that and get you back on track. We will continue to modify your health plan if needed to ensure you are seeing the change you need.

Your health transformation requires us to keep track of your progress. We will complete follow-up testing to ensure your body is responding to your health changes and to help keep you on track towards your goals.
